Editoral error in section 3.5. The animation sandwich model

Hello SMIL editors,

3.5. The animation sandwich model

The third paragraph in section 3.5 has an error.... "main" should be "maintain"

In some implementations of DOM, it may be difficult or impractical to main a presentation value as described.
</snip>

Note: "main" most likly should of been "maintain"...
