report=The RDF validator doesn't recognize RDF XML documents that are wrapped in an <rdf:RDF> tag as valid, even though the spec at http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-syntax-grammar/ indicates that they should be: "When there is only one top-level node element inside rdf:RDF, the rdf:RDF can be omitted although any XML namespaces must still be declared." When I try to validate a document without (e.g. http://www.nuke24.net/about/TOGoS-foaf.rdf), I get this message: "Error: Your document does not contain any RDF statement." RDF=<?xml version="1.0">
