ANN: Publication of SPARQL query language WD

The RDF Data Access Working Group announce the publication of a working 
draft of "SPARQL Query Language for RDF" on 17 February 2005

This is the second working draft for the SPARQL query language.

The document has some specifically highlighted issues but comments on any
