W3C Mar 2003 query/rules BOFs

One BOF down, one to go. Minutes from 5 Mar lunchtime BOF are
available [1]. Thanks to Benjamin Grosof for taking notes and
apologies for the areas marked [???].

There will be one more BOF 6 Mar 19:30pm (or maybe earlier).
It is a personal goal to establish a taxonomy for describing
the expresivity/constraints of various RDF query/rules languages.
A brief survey [2] may be used to compare examples of the
existing languages.

Expected present: Harold Boley, Said Tabet, Benjamin Grosof
to represent RuleML, Libby Miller, Dan Brickley to represent
SQUISH, Eric Prud'hommeaux representing, I guess, algae and
n3, maybe Mike Dean and again Benjamin Grosof to represent
DQL, and others.
