Let me stick my neck out here again: I doubt that any useful meaning will be captured until we can deal with the discourse level of interaction. Yet I don't hear any discourse concepts being discussed here or at the DAML site. My view is that the concept of meaning does not even emerge without some kind of interaction between agents.
