May I point out that "biological relation" is not necessarily transitive? 
Consider the Ricardo family of "I Love Lucy" fame, with mother Lucy, father
Ricky, and child LittleRicky:

:bioRel Lucy LittleRicky
:bioRel LittleRicky Ricky

are both true.  However,
:bioRel Lucy Ricky is not true.
