Are there any tools which I could use to extract link information from web pages in the form of RDF? I have a large personal wiki with over 1000 pages of information which I have built up over a long period. The pages are produced as HTML "on the fly" when needed. I would like to update the tools to use an RDF aware wiki system, but would need to extract the information from the existing wiki. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
