RDF Extension

Hello. My name is Federico and I am from Argentina.

I am studying Oracle Reports and i found that those Oracle Reports files has
.rdf extension, the same as RDF files. I want to know if this extension was
submitted at some institute or some place or some book, or if it was
declared as a standar of rdf.
