ANN: Sesame release 0.97 and Rio release 0.97

Sesame 0.97 includes a new API for transparent access to Sesame
repositories. The documentation for this API can be found at

The web interface has been improved with a couple of new features,
such as adding a file from local disk.

Furthermore, several performance improvements, updates and bugfixes
have been implemented, in particular to make Sesame conformant with
the post-last call RDF specifications. For details on the changes

The Rio RDF parser toolkit has been updated to deal with several
issues that have come up during testing against the post-last call
test cases of the RDF specifications. Release 0.97 of Rio passes all
approved parser tests, with the exception of two tests that deal
with XML Literal namespace issues.
