CALL FOR PAPERS FOR THE SEMANTIC WEB:
STRUCTURE & CRITICAL INFORMATION ISSUES MINITRACK
Part of the Digital Documents Track
           at the Thirty-seventh Annual
HAWAI'I INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SYSTEM SCIENCES
on the Big Island of Hawaii
               January 5 - 8, 2004

Additional detail on the web site: http://www.hicss.hawaii.edu

The focus of this minitrack is to explore a broad range of issues
involving the Semantic Web and related technologies. These issues
include enabling software agents, fusing heterogeneous data,
intelligently retrieving and organizing information, discovering
new information, finding new relationships among various information
sources, and doing so in a secure, trusted, and reliable environment.
In short, we are looking to address how to bring the vision of the
Semantic Web to reality.

We are seeking original papers on all topics of the Semantic Web,
including but not restricted to:

Agent Technology
Data fusion and federation
Information retrieval
Data mining
Knowledge discovery
Knowledge management
Ubiquitous computing environments
Intelligent interfaces
Decision support systems
Mobile Software
Ontology and semantic-based communication
Fault tolerance
Security
