TAP: Resource isc**2 ?;

Since the TAP hierarchy is so large, it is
useful to display a limited number of levels.
These two questions display n levels down/up.

    subject isc**n ?;
    subject isa**n ?;

In the TAP knowledge base, most of the Individuals
are 3 or more levels down from the top Resource.
