How to export the content of a relational database as RDF?

Hello,



we want to export the content of a relational database as an RDF document.



Does anybody know about

- tools to export relational data to RDF?

- languages to describe the mapping between a relational model and an OWL
ontology?

- papers about this subject?



Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
