New tool to convert delimited text files to RDF

Hi All.  There is a new tool available for download called ConvertToRDF.  
It's a simple tool that converts delimited text files, like .csv files 
outputted by Microsoft Excel to RDF.  It only does a simple mapping to RDF 
at the moment, but a more complicated scheme will be added in the near 
future.  If anyone is interested the URL is
