ANN: Versa spec, tutorial updated

Major update to the Versa draft, and some updates to the versa-by-example
tutorial.

Versa is a specialized language for addressing and querying an RDF model. It
allows traversal of arcs, processing of node contents, and general expression
evaluation. It is an open specification, and all are welcome to contribute.

I've worked around the MSIE and Opera bugs on that site, so there should be no
more access problems.

The current CVS tip of 4Suite supports all the queries demonstrated
in the tutorial, all but a tiny portion of the Versa spec.

Comments welcome, as always. Thanks.
