I better explain the history here. Libby Miller was attempting to
write such an app (some of that code is still in RDFAuthor) in Java +
Swing. It was a nightmare. So I started porting it to Java + MacOS
X. Which was easy.

The NeXT development tools (as they once were) are very easy to use,
which meant I rarely had to worry about UI stuff. I like an easy life.

Libby has offered an amount of beer (I forget how much) to anyone who
ports it to Swing. I need beer, so tried JBuilder - nasty. But the
offer stands, I believe.

I might try porting it to GNUStep, since it would then work on my
machine (linux) and (possibly) Windoze.

Regardless, I'd like this to be seen as a demonstration of a class of
tools that would be really useful to non-geeks.

Anyway, you could always buy a mac. iBooks are very nice ;-)
