As I am new to both RDF and DAML I started by looking at the specs of
DAML+OIL and some example ontologies.

I am a bit unsure as to the following representations

<rdf:Property rdf:ID= Speaker >

<daml:ObjectProperty rdf:ID= Speaker >

I am thinking that they are the same. Right?

Why this difference then? Why not use a standard representation?
