There is a remark in the XHTML spec about RDF embedding in XHTML 1.0 (3.1) [http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/#docconf ] (3.1.2) [http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/#well-formed] (3.2) [http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/#uaconf] tells how user agents should behave, when they encounter stuff "foreign" to XHTML. Works nice with Netscape and MSExplorer. On the side of RDF this is - as i think nicely - complemented by RDF M&S [http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-rdf-syntax/#grammar] in the sentence, which begins with "When an RDF processor encounters " - (The namespace URI should read as the RDF namespace URI - [The misspelling in there is - as i got explained last summer - a commonly known bug]). Cheers rs
