RE: Resource Description: the domain

I think I may have mentioned to this list before (so apologies for the
repetition if so) that the INDECS work has an excellent approach to the
description of intellectual property entities; which covers many "resources"
. The approach is I think extensible beyond that. The "Building Blocks"
document is a good place to start though fairly in depth. A more concise
introduction is planned but not yet available.

Subject: Resource Description: the domain

Resource Description is the domain that RDF and our discussions are all
about.

Most of our discussions concern no more than a fragment of the domain.

Does anybody know a link to a good overview of the most important issues in
the domain of Resource Description in general?

Is there a comprehensive document in which all RD related terms and
concepts are defined?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Rob van Dort.
