converting RDF files to HTML??

Hello,
    I am a beginner to RDF. I recently found the Open Directory Project 
(www.dmoz.com) and I would like to add it to my site. The file is 80 MB long. 
I am looking for a program (MAC preferable, or PC) that takes an RDF file and 
can convert it onto an HTML template. Is there a program that can do this, or 
is there another method to interpret the RDF file?
