AKTORs work on referential integrity

Hi,

I went to an interesting talk by Nigel Shadbolt today about the Aktors
project and it was surprising how many of the problems they were addressing
were ones that have been also encountered in SIMILE.

They've done some thinking about name matching (record linkage, they call it
referential integrity) which seemed particularly relevant - see
