Name mapper toop through OCLC naming authority checked in

Hi all,

I've finished a first pass at mapping OCW names to the OCLC naming 
authority through their web service.  The name canonicalizer/mapper tool 
is in simile/tools/ims.   Naming authority responses are in the 'names' 
subdirectory, and the resulting map is in 'namelist.rdf' and the source 
list of names extracted from the OCW data files and used as input to the 
canonicalizer is in 'namelist.txt'.

The output isn't yet quite legal RDF syntax.  Please bear with.
