Er... I was ranting about the subClassOf rdf:Property relationship,
which is a totally different issue altogether, but there you go. [1]
As for the issue above, it's quite obvious that for:-
:x rdfs:subPropertyOf :y .
:y
rdfs:range :a;
rdfs:domain :b .
:x will have a domain that is equivalent to, or is a subClassOf :a,
and a range that is equivalent to, or is a subClassOf :b. Try it out
on some test cases and find out.
[1] The lesson is: don't expect coherant ramblings to ensue from
someone who reads RDF issues lists at 2AM :-)
