Hi,

I've download SiRPAC 1.0 which announced July 28th, and tried
to execute it according to the instruction, which can be seen
http://www.w3.org/RDF/Implementations/SiRPAC/INSTALL.html.

I found that I had to set property "org.xml.sax.parser" instead of
"sax.parser" at the execution time.  I guess it is spec change of
SAX.
