Dear Sirs, I found this e-mail address on http://www.w3.org/RDF/Overview.html Does the W3C host any mailing list for discussions about metadata issues? Is anybody (in W3C or elsewhere, that you might know) addressing the issues of metadata deployment, i.e. how to get content providers to add metadata to their documents and how to get search engine makers to use the added metadata? What are their incentives, and what is holding them back? Since metadata has been discussed for years, and still is not used by everybody, this should be a major problem, but I have not been able to find any results or research of this kind.
