I've uploaded version 1.0P2 (preview) of Sosigenes to <http://www.mcgath.com/sosigenes>. This version has bug fixes, new features, release notes, and a version number (which I neglected to put on the first post, retroactively known as 1.0P1). Also, everything is now in one Zip file, so you should be able to find everything, including the source code, more easily.
