The XML Query and XSL Working Groups have now released Proposed Edited Recommendations of the XQuery 1.0, XPath 2.0, and XSLT 2.0 specifications. These fix known bugs and problems, and are out for community review. Some of these changes affect conformance. If these documents pass public review, they will become W3C Recommendations.
