ETSI guide "Making better standards"

Hi,

ETSI has opened his portal on making better standards:
http://portal.etsi.org/mbs/

It contains a few small guides on how to develop standards with quality
in mind ; I expect they are relevant to all the documents of the QA
Framework (QA handbook, spec and testGL). I haven't had much time to go
through them, but I've linked the page from "QA in other Standard
Organizations" at
