The OASIS XSLT/XPath Testing Technical Committee is covering XPath as it
relates to XSLT. (Want to join?) This is indicated on the "XPath 1.0"
row of The Matrix.

XQuery doesn't yet have a row on The Matrix, presumably because it's still
in the WD stage.
