Substitute scribe: Lynne Late AM. Action Items: LH to arrange for fortnightly telecons. Due June 28 Principle 3 Overview of Requirements given. All agree that these 'operational-like' requirements. Decided that where applicable, we will incorporate some of the Operational guidelines. Review of Operational Guidelines to determine whether to keep it or not. At this point not too concerned about where it fits into the document. Keep: Focus on developing tests in areas where they will be most useful/effective Practical guidelines on where to start and how to focus your efforts. Focus where the implications of non-conformance will have consequences. Keep: Metadata already a topic. Stay away from: Development process must be managed Keep: Provide guidelines to test developers. Aspects of licensing and contributions is in QAH. No discussion of where did the tests come from and how to manage them. If something belongs here, check QAH first. Keep: Submissions must be reviewed. May be in QAH, may keep some of this. Keep: Issues tracked is already covered. Keep: Test your test suite. Probably fits in Principle 2. Future meetings: --Next F2F: Propose October 27-29 (Wednesday-Friday). MS to email Andrew with proposed dates. --Monday, June 21 Telecon cancelled. Fortnightly telecons to start on June 28.
