(KD leaves at 2pm to catch a plane.) Resolved (unanimous) about TCDL: QAWG would like David to: clarify IPR about his contribution; finish the incomplete parts as soon as practical. At that point, QAWG wants to publish it as a Working Group Note. Hopefully before the December holidays. Next f2f. We don't need a January f2f. Telecons should suffice until Technical Plenary. Discussion about how/when to finish the proposal to submit a panel to WWW2004. Interested to contribute to finishing the proposal: Olivier, Lofton, Patrick, Mark, Vanitha, and of course David (the source of the idea). Future QAWG/IG Telecons: 27th Oct: cancelled. 3rd Nov: panel proposal for WWW2004. 10th Nov: Guest chair Dom (inviting actual guest ???), or olivier. Topics to be announced asap. 17th Nov: Lynne's selling points for GL documents during CR; Vanitha (testGL) interview template. 24th Nov: in/out reach reports. 1st Dec: TestGL (looking at next WG draft). 8th Dec: Guest-chair. APPRECIATION ----- QAWG/IG expresses sincere thanks to NIST for hosting a great meeting & providing excellent facilities, and thanks to Lynne Rosenthal for (personally) providing refreshments.
