Four "Resolved" issues are now "Closed", and two issues are revised per the 20031015 telecon: LC-13: modified Resolution to mention the new normative collection of test assertions, and stated that this will be referenced from "Normative References" of SpecGL (for CR and later versions). Changed status from "Resolved" to "Closed". LC-81: Changed status from "Resolved" to "Closed", and provided reference to new text. LC-16: Changed status from "Resolved" to "Closed", and provided reference to new text. LC-39: Changed status from "Resolved" to "Closed", and provided reference to new text. LC-36: per 20031015 telecon, modified Resolution to agree with IJ's suggestion (definitions are "normative"), and stated that this will be reflected in SpecGL "CR and later versions" (no SpecGL version is yet available to point to). LC-23: Changed Resolution from "see @@draft revised text@@" to "This change is effective in SpecGL CR and later versions" (since we do not yet have a corrected version to point to). -Lofton.
