This is a regular weekly conference, whose principal topic will be:  TestGL 
re-org proposals, and other TestGL leftovers from f2f.

Preparation.  We have two significant contributions about re-structuring or 
re-organizing TestGL, [2] and [3], plus some follow-on comments.  Be sure 
to read them in advance.

The overflow half-hour is free, if you want to use it.
