A new version of Last Call Issues List [1] has been posted.  It should now 
be completely current, through Crete and subsequent telecons.  This update 
mostly brings SpecGL issues up to date.  Main changes are:

In addition, *all* Resolved (but not yet Closed) SpecGL issues now have a 
placeholder ("@@tbd@@" or something like that) that will be filled in with 
links to editor's draft revision text that fulfills the resolution.  This 
will be done for the final Resolved-to-Closed verification.
