Monday (03 Feb) QAWG telecon agenda (draft)

[This is a bit rough and hasty, but I wanted to remind about the outreach 
references and topics, earlier rather than later.]

If you won't attend the Monday (3-feb) QAWG telcon, please reply (to list)

This is a regular weekly conference, whose principal topics will be:  Last 
Call resolutions; Outreach Kit

We're switching gears a bit this week, from technical to outreach...

Please have a look at Karl's contribution about Outreach Kit.  There has 
been no feedback or further discussion from anyone.  Given that we have 5 
people visiting WGs Mon-Tues at Boston, we need to have some part of the 
kit put together in 4 weeks.  What are the essential details of our 
message, that we can deliver in 15-20 minutes?

The overflow half-hour is free, if you want to use it.
