Monday (27 Jan) QAWG telecon agenda (draft)

QAWG participants --

If you won't attend the Monday (27-jan) QAWG telcon, please reply (to list) 
with "regrets".

This is a regular weekly conference.  I propose that we spend most of the 
time looking at what we need to do in the 5 weeks remaining before Boston, 
in order to have smooth and effective per-WG and plenary efforts.  Thoughts?
