Dear Martin, Dear Richard, After the discussion, I had with you in Montréal this summer and in Japan about the I18N activity, I proposed to review the charter of the Working Group against QA Ops GL and notice what was missing. The review is available at http://www.w3.org/QA/2003/12/I18N-charter-review.html The Bad news: You failed almost every level A point. The Good News: It's very easy to fix. Because your charter is quite well organized and elements are very clear. So it will not be difficult to fix. Some of the things are just a question of open writing of your commitment, or explaining what you are actually doing. Richard, if you are the future QA Moderator, I'll be happy to help you. If you have any questions. We decided to stop the review at the level A, to not add burden on your work. We will try to go through the level A, and as soon it's done, we might push together for the next level. -- Karl Dubost - http://www.w3.org/People/karl/ W3C Conformance Manager *** Be Strict To Be Cool ***
