Re: Technical Plenary Logistics -- please reply by 30 September

I suspect that the DOM WG will be the second two days (was last time, 
since mostmembers are members of other WG as well); however it is a good 
idea to have QA the second day period, given that we will want to do 
outreach and liaison and summarize, as Lofton said.

If I attend, I will most certainly attend the Pleanry (I'm hoping to be 
able to produce and present more substantial results from the 
perspectives of both Test Group and Specificaiton Authoring by then).
