Based on the comments received so far, here is list of issues for
"QF:Proc&Op" document [1] that I would like to raise on this telecon:

1) "10 levels of commitment" list. We received conflicting feedback from
Ian and Daniel, and leaned towards the one from Ian in the draft we sent
you. I'll send you simplified version later today, if you have no
objection against the structure (table).

[KG] Postpone this past FPWD. I'll send simplified version later. For
FPWD I'll make sure the link in Checkpoint 1.1 exists.

2) Is it Ok to leave Ch 3 without Guidelines/Checkpoints?

[KG] Agreed to leave it there for FPWD and have corresponding Issue
active. For FPWD:
 - I will put the sentence to the beginning of the chapter that this is
done intentionally.
 - I will ad the sentence to the subsection 3 to empathize that WG may
proactively initiate reviews.

3) Does everybody agree with Lynne's Gd 1 change? Propose to accept it
as Lynne proposed, but postpone past FPWD

[KG] Postpone

4) If nobody objects, I'll add a note that WG should not publish test
materials in TR space.

[KG] Accepted

5) Checkpoints priorities: I will change priorities as Daniel proposed,
any further adjustments before FPWD?

[KG] I will add the note to the status that Priorities were not
discussed thoroughly.

	QA Working Group,

For our special telcon of Monday, 1/28, we have Zakim bridge:

	+1.617.761.6200.
	passcode 7294 ("QAWG")
	Monday, 2002-01-28, 2pm EST

The principal topic will be: discussion of 2001-01-18 Framework
drafts [1], final approval for FPWD, and any final editing instructions.
Please have a close reading of these drafts before the teleconference --
they are "candidate FPWD" (with some acknowledged small editorial and
pubrules work needed).

As time permits, we can process old (already-queued) issues.
I'd suggest the issue prioritization of the last telcon ([2]) as a
starting point, recognizing that we handled a few of them in the 1/17
telcon ([3]).

If you have specific topics or issues to add, please email them
to the WG (this list).

	-Lofton.
