If you won't attend the Wednesday (7-august) QAWG telcon, please reply
(to list) with "regrets".   

The goal is to substantially finish functional issues related to SpecGL,
in preparation for publication.  This draft [1] attempts to reconcile or
at least reflect all comments from contributors in the last week.
Thanks to those of you who have given comments and feedback.  Please
have a look and see if your comments are reflected somehow.

This is a regular bi-weekly conference, whose principal topic will be
Spec Guidelines.

        - Public/private WG materials

3.) Spec Guidelines [2]
        - issue processing order per [3]
        - visit/discuss "@@" issue points;
        - time permitting: per-checkpoint priorities review
