change names?

I had an item from the 4/4 telcon, about the names of the "Test" parts of 
The Framework Seven.

Current:

QA Framework:  Test Materials Guidelines
QA Framework:  Test Materials Examples and Techniques

Proposed:
-----

QA Framework:  Test Guidelines
QA Framework:  Test Examples & Techniques

Rationale.  Shorter is better, and it doesn't really lose anything critical.

As none of these has been published yet, there are no procedural (Director 
permission) implications.

Thoughts?
