Proposed W3 Consortium "Royalty-Free" Patent Policy

As a contributor of material under GPL I am very concerned to hear of 
your proposed policy, especially regarding the "field of use" 
restriction with Section 7 of GPL. Please reconsider this aspect and 
refer to the GNU website for detailed explanation.
