You are in violation of our Copyrights and trademarks. We are F P
Publishing Co., Inc.

You have been tracked down by our legal violations tracking software
for using a title that we own the copyright to, and we also own the
title as a trademark.

A copy of your violation has been sent to our attorneys and the proper
governmental authorities here in Florida and the Federal Departments
responsible for copyright and trademark infringements.

Cease and desist from using "The Lazy Man's Way to Riches" in your
advertising, promotion and title of any works not authored by Joe
Karbo. Mr. Karbo who is the author and owner of the best selling book
entitled "The Lazy Man's Way to Riches" and his Publisher, F P
Publishing Co., Inc. are the copyright and trademark owners of the
title:  "The Lazy Man's Way to Riches" and all of it's permutations.

If you wish to voluntarily cease and desist we will withdraw our
formal legal complaint. To voluntarily cease and desist you must first
change the title in violation, which is: "The Lazy Man's Way to
riches".

Then send a reply to this Email stating that the correction has been
made. Our Legal dept will verify and drop the legal proceedings.

We realize that the violation may be an accident or coincidence and
completely innocent that's why we are giving you a chance to settle
this out of the Courts.

If we do not hear from you by close of business, here in Florida, by
Tuesday October 15th, 2002 we will proceed against you legally and
cause you (or your attorney) to come here to defend your self against
willful violation of our copyrights and trademarks.
