Martin, Last spring the I18N group sent the P3P working group extensive last call comments. http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-p3p-public-comments/2000Mar/0020.htm l We did our best to address your comments and exchanged a number of email messages regarding your comments. On September 18 I posted a message to the chairs mailing list requesting that other working groups who had concerns about P3P review our revised draft to make sure their concerns had been resolved. I posted a similar message on October 18, when we issued a new last call draft. And October 19 I posted a message with more specific information about the changes we had made. Our second last call period closed over a month ago, and we have received no additional comments from the I18N group. We have gone ahead and submitted our latest draft http://www.w3.org/P3P/Group/Specification/Drafts/WD-P3P-20001123a to be a Candidate Recommendation. But we have been asked to confirm that there are no outstanding concerns from other W3C working groups that need to be addressed. Could you please send a note to www-p3p-public-comments@w3.org confirming that the I18N group does not have outstanding issues with the P3P spec that should be addressed before CR? Thanks, Lorrie Cranor P3P Specification Working Group Chair
