P3P and Semantic Web

Hi all,

I am interested in the work on P3P and Semantic Web. I have found a work"P3P 
Using the Semantic Web (OWL Ontology, RDF Policy and RDQL Rules)" 
(http://www.w3.org/P3P/2004/040920_p3p-sw.html) as Working Group Note September 
2004.

Can you please tell me what else the Working Group has done on this topic?
Why the latest version of the mentioned work above becomes the older version "An 
RDF Schema for P3P" (http://www.w3.org/TR/p3p-rdfschema/) proposed in January 
2002?
