P3P spec updates

A list of updates to the 15 December P3P CR draft is
now available at
http://www.w3.org/P3P/updates.html

Currently the page lists several typo corrections and
a new section that requires user agents to check for
policy reference files every 24 hours at sites where none
have been found.
