No MathML Full meeting this week

I'm traveling and there are no new things to report.

Re charter: there was a hiccup in the W3C site about generating the charter
template. Bert has resolved that and I will post a link to a  proposed
charter, likely on the weekend for discussion at our meeting in a week.
