No MathML meeting on Thursday

Unfortunately, I didn't find any time to work on pushing the spec forward.
I didn't see progress from others either, so no meeting on Thursday Feb 26.

On the positive side, Firefox's release came out and MathML in PDF is
working with NVDA and JAWS.
