No MathML Full meeting this Thursday

David and Deyan can't make it this week and (good news) we don't have any
issues that need resolving for the full spec other than something that
might come up from trying to write up agreed upon resolutions.

There is a core meeting on Monday where some issues that relate to core and
full will be discussed (space-like chars and accent chars), so I recommend
attending that meeting to discuss any issues you have around the changes
and pending PRs involving them.

Since we don't have a meeting this week, here are my announcements/progress
reports:

   - There is no MathML meeting next week (27 Nov) due to the US's
   Thanksgiving holiday
   - I submitted several spec updates, two of which are still pending.
   There remain a number of remaining spec updates, but ~half of them involve
   malignmark/maligngroup. So we are down to about four remaining spec update
   issues.

I hope everyone enjoys the extra two hours over the next couple of weeks.
We will meet again on 4 December.
