Update:

I have filed a PR finalizing my input for the current round of feedback at:
https://github.com/w3c/mathml/pull/512

I think Moritz is making interesting suggestions about improving the
exposition for incoming readers, worth thinking over.

My focus this week has been on fine-print questions, trying to keep a zone
of innovation open for ATs that do not rely on the exact speech hint
matching algorithm described in 5.2.
