MathML-Core Agenda Monday Oct 30

So sorry to only be sending this the night before, I had some things come
up late in the week and it just fell through the cracks.  There is,
finally, an agenda for Tomorrow finally up at
https://github.com/w3c/mathml-core/issues/210

I think the most important things really are to sort some things around
publishing and status updates before getting into issues, so I've put that
first.
